Time, Task, & Talent is a fun, high-energy, communication based team-building activity!.

It demands different levels of physical and mental input to complete 20 odd tasks in a set time. The tasks all have points allocated to them and the teams compete against each other as well as the clock.

The big question is whether the teams have the talent to complete the tasks within the set time limit. An amazingly fun and active project that tests the thinking, doing, planning, listening, and communication skills of the team.

For this project, the group will be divided into teams, competing against each other. Project TTT requires insight, planning, creativity, and a variety of skills and talents.

The learning method is experiential, and the success of the event depends upon how well the team works together and utilizes each other’s skills.

As with all of our projects, Project TTT is followed by a feedback session during which the team has an opportunity to assess how well they did, and is also challenged to take their realisations back to the workplace
