• Division of your group into construction teams
• Allocation of roles and zones (Panels, Roof, Floor... Construction Foreman, Builder, Painter, Carpenter etc.)
• Safety Brief
• Quality Brief
• Technical tools orientation
• Materials selection
• Process planning

Construction process:

• Phased assembly by zone
• Painting/Sealing and securing of phases
• Branding and artwork
• Team decoration and furnishing

Post Production:

• Team effectiveness review
• Learning and improvements
• Final inspection and handover of Wendy's
• Awards and Prizes
• Delivery of Wendy's (done by our team, filmed for your records and dissemination)

• Accommodation for our facilitators if required
• "Behind the Scenes" movie where we film the teams in action
• Additional DVD edited copies of the "Behind the Scenes" movie @ R100.00 each excl VAT.  (To be delivered 14 days after the intervention)
• Flights and car rental if required
• Travel costs for our Operations Team @ R 5.00 / km
