The process is based on 5 steps:
- [experience a real life situation]
The delegate takes part in in- or outdoors projects where
the element of surprise is critical to the process and
where the ability to APPLY their knowledge is tested.
The impact and learning comes from the spontaneous response
of the delegate to a new situation. This reveals the
existing patterns and dynamics of the team and individual.
- [analyse the result]
The delegates examine how they performed in professionally conducted feedback sessions led by skilled facilitators.
- [realise how they could have handled
it better]
Delegates have realisations about their performance. They
discover what they are actually doing as opposed to what
they may believe they are doing.
- [learn appropriate new skills]
Here the delegates receive the necessary skills to improve
their individual and team performance.
- [practise]
The new skill is practised until it results in ABILITY
and enhanced performance, both for the individual and
for the team.
