Process:
The delegates disembark their game drive vehicles and proceed on foot through the bush, following small clues and blood trails to the Poaching Scene. They have limited time to solve the crime. They need to become crack forensic investigators. Firstly they will observe the scene where the elephant fell and make appropriate notes. They need to follow forensic procedure to collect evidence. Perhaps they will discover more tracks leading to poacher camps, where more evidence could be found.
During all the procedures, the main laboratory would have certain findings from real elephant DNA, ballistics and other "tell-tale" clues. Slowly the pieces of the puzzle fall into place but they are racing against the clock before the poachers can cross the border.
