They will have the opportunity to realise the dream that so many of us have, the dream of being able to pick up a brush, slap some paint onto canvas and create an artpiece. They will draw, paint and construct their very own Art Jam mural.  

The group will be briefed and divided into teams.  Each of the teams will have the opportunity to tell a story and bring a subject to life using the medium of paint and canvas.

This is an ideal way to bring the values of your organisation to life. It is often said that if one can not express a value in the form of a painting, one does not understand the value.

After the process they will do a presentation to the group, explaining the concept and thinking which lead to the creation of this masterpiece.  

Art Jam is extremely potent as the paintings go back to the workplace and back into people`s lives. This product allows for people to constructively get involved and share their points of view and at the same time have fun.

Process:

The process is divided into the following phases:

1.    Pre-Production
  • Art Jam introductory video
  • Brief
  • Delegates are put into teams (this is left to your discretion)
  • Allocation of roles within the team (there is a specific role for each person)
  • The teams conceptualize their paintings
2.    Production
  • Photographers take photographs
  • Photos are projected onto canvases
  • Sketchers sketch the images onto the canvases
  • Painters are painting the images
3.    Post-Production
  • Final touches are applied
  • Each team presents their art pieces to the rest of the group, telling the story of their paintings
4.    Awards
  • Awards are given in a number of categories
  • Acceptance speeches are made
  • Paintings are taken back to the office and proudly displayed
