Squadron of Success uses the experience and passion of actual flight to enable teams to plan, solve problems, communicate and work as a team to make flight possible. The teams are challenged with planning, building and flying a radio-controlled aeroplane.

In the same way that the Wright Brothers succeeded in enabling man to fly, you too can succeed. All it takes is an idea and the passion to give that idea wings. Squadron of Success is an innovative teambuilding exercise that will take your team from an idea to evaluating that idea, planning, implementation and running projects that will create real value.

This team build will teach the team new skills that allow them to do three things that are most valuable to any organisation START - DO - FINISH

What the team will experience?

Your team will learn the fundamentals of flight. They will discover whether they are builders, tinkerers or flyers. They will learn to listen, control and coach each other as they build their plans, get their SAMA licences and then take on the challenge of flying in formation together.

This is an exciting process that builds trust, opens up communication and is very challenging.

It is a great way to liven up a boring training program and kick start or end every session with this intervention.

It can be run in 3, 6, 9 or 12 modules ranging from a full day to a couple of hours.

It is fully supported by trained and qualified flight instructors.
