The team will discover what it is like to have the support of knowledgeable, experienced process consultants who guide them through aligning their plans and actions with their vision.

We examine each article, news clip and movie made in the previous intervention. We dissect the elements of expansion and progress defined and agreed in each one, and then we facilitate the group process so that the team is able to iteratively develop the exact set of plans, programs and projects with defined standards, conditions and deadlines in place to ensure that their vision becomes a reality.
 
A further benefit of this service is that we help define roles and responsibilities in the process and make sure that your structure supports the vision.
The team emerges from this session supercharged and confident. Ready to apply their hearts and minds to the journey ahead.

We recommend that we approach this sessions as follows:
  1. Full close out on the previous 7th Edition, Movie Maker or News Room service
  2. Preparation consultation with the head of the team to agree the parameters of the session as well as the mandate and scope of the session
  3. Run the outputs (movies, newspapers, news show, photographs) through our Elephants Analyser Matrix Package to capture elements developed and proposed in the Creative Expressive process
  4. Conduct a series of one-on-one interviews with each member of the team attending (normally the management or leadership team, but may also be a divisional or departmental team)
  5. Book an off-site session with the team
  6. Consolidate the final document and convert it into a web-based online blog
  7. Provide a 6 week transfer into the workplace coaching service to see that the plan grooves in smoothly
  8. Provide the option of a Cross Examination Review 3 to 6 months from this service to tick off gains, address shortfalls and celebrate success
